Departed this life January 19, 2016. Raymond Barr of Richmond. He is survived by three daughters; Niki Baylor, Raeshaun Barr and Tiffany Baylor; one son, Raymond Baylor; a step daughter, Renee Baylor; a step son, Kenny Baylor; five grandchildren; two sisters, Juliet Barr and Virginia Cameron; two brothers, Orin and Simon Barr; a host of nieces, nephews and cousins; two sisters-in-law, Mildred and Deborah Barr; and other relatives and friends among them Lourine Baylor. Remains rest at Joseph Jenkins Jr. Funeral Home, 2011 Grayland Avenue where funeral services will be held Tuesday at 12 noon. Interment Oakwood Cemetery. Family and friends assemble the funeral home 11:45AM Tuesday.
