Beatrice Reed

Departed this life January 21, 2016. Mrs. Beatrice S. Reed, age 98, of Richmond. She was a member of Mary C. Stewart Chapter #128(OES). She is preceded in death by her husband, Howard Reed. She is survived by two daughters, Elaine E. Reed and Sharon Reed Dennis; two grandchildren, Jason Howard Reed and Joy Elizabeth Dennis; one great grand daughter, Janiya Reed; a host of nieces, nephews and cousins; and other relatives and friends. Remains rest at Joseph Jenkins Jr. Funeral Home, 2011 Grayland Avenue. Funeral services will be held Wednesday 11AM at Fifth Baptist Church, 1415 W. Cary Street where remains will lie in state one hour prior to funeral time. Dr. Earl Brown(pastor) off. Interment Forest Lawn Cemetery. Family and friends assemble at the church 10:45AM Wednesday. In lieu of flowers contributions be made to the Fifth Baptist Church Scholarship Fund.
