Elizabeth "Net" Billups Burton Departed this life on Thursday, February 18th, 2016. She is preceded in death by one daughter, Amber Janelle. She leaves to mourn her husband, Russell Burton Sr., one daughter, Niera Burton, and a son, Russell "RL" Burton Jr.; three sisters; Lula Mae Eason, Rev. Dr. Doris Billups, Gail Billups; three brothers; Joseph Billups (Carol), Thomas Billups, Gary Billups (Barbara) ; mother-in-law, Tammer Armstrong (Joseph); two sisters-in-law, Robin Burton and JoAnn Armstrong; four brothers-in-law; Michael Armstrong , Daniel Armstrong, Melvin Burton, and Jimmy Carter, and a host of nieces and nephews, family and friends. Remains rest at Joseph Jenkins Jr. Funeral home, 2011 Grayland Avenue where funeral services will be held at 12 noon. Rev. Dr. Doris Billups, officiant. Interment Mt. Calvary Cemetery. Family and friends assemble at the funeral home at 11:45 AM Thursday.
