He is preceded in death by his mother and father, Annie and Nathaniel Porter Sr. He is survived by one brother, Nathaniel Porter Jr.; one niece, Tonya Porter; four great nieces and nephews; a host of cousins, among them a devoted Iris Houston; and other relatives and friends. Remains rest at Joseph Jenkins Jr. Funeral Home, 2011 Grayland Avenue where funeral services will be held Saturday at 11AM. Dr. Ricardo Brown off. Interment _____________.
