He is survived by his wife, Debra Hayes; one son, Wayne Stone; five grandchildren; three great grandchildren; three sisters; Addie Hodges, Mary Hayes and Meryl Hawthorne; three brothers; Frank & Thomas Hayes and Wendell Burton, a host of nieces, nephews and cousins; one daughter-in-law, Alisia Stone; six sisters-in-law; Frances & Mildred Hayes, Pauline Burton, Ethel Crawley, Linda Gee, Charlene Robertson and Sharon Hunnicutt; one brother-in-law, Walter Hunnicutt and other relatives and friends. Remains rest at Joseph Jenkins Jr. Funeral Home, 2011 Grayland Avenue where funeral services will be held Saturday at 1PM. Rev. William H. Smith, off. Interment Mt. Calvary Cemetery. Family and friends assemble at the funeral home 12:45PM Saturday.
