Departed this life March 9, 2016. Mrs. Idell Mayo, age 80, of Richmond. She is preceded in death by her husband, James L. Mayo. She is survived by three daughters; Teresa, Inez and Jamie Mayo; three grandchildren; Maurice, Tameka and James Mayo; five great grandchildren; one sister, Catherine Slade; a host of nieces, nephews and cousins; one sister-in-law, Cora Ann Slade; and other relatives and friends. Remains rest at Joseph Jenkins Jr. Funeral Home, 2011 Grayland Avenue where funeral services will be held Tuesday at 1PM. Rev. Jackie Slade Stewart off. Interment Riverview Cemetery. Family and friends assemble at funeral home 12:45AM tuesday.
