Darren Nelson Phillips

PHILLIPS, Darren age 51, of Richmond, departed this life March 18, 2016. He is survived by a devoted companion Antionette M. Barber; two sons Jamar Phillips and Darren Nelson Phillips II; three aunts Clara Bailey-Jones, Mary Bailey and Juanita Gaines. Two devoted cousins Mark Bailey and Rodney Gaines; three godchildren Nicole Wilkerson, Michael and Vincent Langhorne. Antionette's daughter Jazmine Robinson and son Arthur Robinson(whom he considered his own) and her grandchildren Danielle Robinson and Christopher Green. Three devoted friends Calvin Callahan, Floyd Miller and Rosena Elam; a host of other relatives and friends. The family will receive friends from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. Thursday, at Joseph Jenkins Jr. Funeral Home, 2011 Grayland Ave. Memorial service will be held at First Baptist Church South Richmond, 1501 Decatur Street, Friday, at 1 p.m. Reverend Derik. Jones, assisting Pastor/Minister. Family and friends assemble at the church Friday at 12:45 p.m.
