Departed this life April 6, 2016. Warner Bennett, age 75, of Richmond. He is survived by his wife, Wyjean Bennett; one son, Jasen Mathis; five grandchildren; his mother, Corine Bennett; two sisters, Frances Robinson and Ernestine Bennett; one uncle, Warner Brown; a host of nieces, nephews and cousins; one daughter-in-law, DuRonda Mathis; two brothers-in-law, Fred Robinson and Ricky McKnight; and other relatives and friends. Remains rest at Joseph Jenkins Jr. Funeral Home, 2011 Grayland Avenue where funeral services will be held Saturday at 12 noon. Dr. Yvonne Bibbs off. Interment Oakwood Cemetery. Family and friends assemble at the funeral home 11:45AM Saturday.
