McNeil, Departed this life May 18, 2009. Mrs. Joanne McNeil of Richmond. She is preceded in death by one son, Terrell Fulton. She is survived by her husband, Douglas McNeil; two daughters, Renita Fulton and Jessica McNeil; three sons; Darryl, Travis and Jason Fulton, eleven grandchildren; one great grandchild; one sister, Juanita Holmes; one aunt, Gladys Young; a host of nieces, nephews and cousins, among them a devoted Lakeisha Johnson; one sister-in-law, Judie Fulton; one brother-in-law, Anthony D. Holmes Jr.; and other relatives and friends. Remains rest at Joseph Jenkins Jr. Funeral Home, 2011 Grayland Avenue where funeral services will be held Friday at 1PM. Dr. Ricardo Brown off. Interment Riverview Cemetery. Family and friends assemble at the funeral home 12:45PM Friday.
