Miles, Departed this life June 3, 2009. Fred Miles of Richmond. He is survived by one daughter, Valerie Diane Ward; five sons; Fred, Bob & Michael Phillips; and Craig & Fred Harris; a host of grandchildren and great grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews and cousins; four daughters-in-law; Cheryl, Veronica, & Cynthia Phillips and Cynthia Harris; and other relatives and friends. Remains rest at Joseph Jenkins Jr. Funeral Home, 2011 Grayland Avenue where the family will receive friends from 3 to 4PM on Sunday. Funeral services will be held Monday 12 noon at Quioccasin Baptist Church, 9011 Quioccasin Road where remains will lie in state one hour prior to funeral time. Dr. Andrew Mosley(pastor) off. Interment, Quioccasin Baptist Church Cemetery. There will not be a repast. Family and friends assemble at the church 11:45AM Monday.
