Otis Robinson Sr.

Departed this life June 30, 2016. Otis L. Robinson Sr., age 93, of Richmond. He was a World War II Veteran. He is preceded in death by his wife, Rachel Robinson and one daughter, LaVaughn R. Byrd. He is survived by one daughter, Beverly R. Thomas(George); two sons, Otis L. Jr.(Damita) and Keith J.(Betsy) Robinson; eight grandchildren; three great grandchildren; a host of cousins; and other relatives and friends. Remains rest at Joseph Jenkins Jr. Funeral Home, 2011 Grayland Avenue where the family will receive friends Tuesday from 6:30 to 7:30PM. Funeral services will be held Wednesday 11AM at Fifth Baptist Church, 1415 W. Cary Street where remains will lie in state one hour prior to funeral time. Rev. Earl Brown(pastor) off. Interment Mt. Calvary Cemetery. Family and friends assemble at the church 10:45AM Wednesday.
