Cosby, Departed this life June 6, 2009. William M. Cosby of Richmond. He is preceded in death by two sons, Willie and Larry Taylor and Naomi Cosby-Roberts. He is survived by a devoted friend and companion, Mabel Taylor; four daughters; Gedell Gresham, Mary Taylor Lewis, Denise Taylor and Joyell Allen; one son, William Taylor; 13 grandchildren; 35 great grandchildren; three sisters; Ruth Johnson and Mary Leonard and Lillian Brown(Johnny); two brothers, Deacon John Cosby Jr.(Mary) and Joseph Cosby; one aunt, Lillian Morrison of Brooklyn New York; a host and nieces, nephews and cousins and other relatives and friends among them Michael and Eric Allen. Remains rest at Joseph Jenkins Jr. Funeral Home, 2011 Grayland Avenue where funeral services will be held Saturday at 1PM. ____________________ off. Interment Riverview Cemetery. Family and friends assemble at the funeral home 12:45PM Saturday.
