Departed this life July 10, 2016. Robert Stanley Scott of Richmond. He was preceded in death by three siblings, sisters, Helen Early, Bertha Warren and brother, Howard R. Scott Jr. He is survived by one daughter, Renita S. Barnes; one son, Robert S. Scott Jr; three step sons; Willie, Jason and Anthony Morton; four grandchildren; Erik and Trevor Barnes and Sydnae and Trey Scott; one sister, Erlene Barrett of Columbia, SC; daughter-in-law, Kennita Hayes Scott; several nieces, nephews, cousins and other friends. Remains rest at Joseph Jenkins Jr. Funeral Home, 2011 Grayland Ave. Funeral services Saturday 12 Noon at Rising Zion Baptist Church, 272 Anderson Highway, Cumberland, Virginia. Rev. Wesley Davenport(pastor) off. Interment at church cemetery. Family and friends assemble at the church 11:45AM Saturday. Family will receive friends 6:30 to 7:30pm Friday at the funeral home.
