Departed this life August 11, 2016. Ms. Dorothy Nickens, age 76, of Richmond. She is preceded in death by one daughter, Patricia Nickens and a granddaughter, Delisa Butler. She is survived by two daughters, Valerie Onley and Cynthia Nickens; one son, Richard Nickens; ten grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren; one sister, Lillian Givens; a host of nieces, nephews and cousins; a daughter-in-law, Roslyn Nickens; one son-in-law, Tyrone Onley Sr.; one brother-in-law, John Sookins Sr.; and other relatives and friends. Remains rest at Joseph Jenkins Jr. Funeral Home, 2011 Grayland Avenue where funeral services will be held Wednesday at 1PM. Interment Riverview Cemetery. Family and friends assemble at the funeral home 12:45PM Wednesday.
