Departed this life August 28, 2016. Mrs. Elizabeth Whittaker(Douchie), age 80, of Richmond. She is preceded in death by her husband, Richard Whittaker and granddaughter, Andrea Taylor. She is survived by three daughters; Rita T. Williams, and Kim & Sharon Whittaker; one son; Alfonzo Taylor; ten grandchildren; thirteen great grandchildren; three great great grandchildren; one sister, Marguerite Walker; one brother, William Gaiters; a host of nieces, nephews and cousins; two sisters-in-law, Laura Hall and Verna Miles; three brothers-in-law; Conrad & Phillip Whittaker and Henry Miles; devoted friends, Ricky Tucker and Pat Smith and other relatives and friends. Remains rest at Joseph Jenkins Jr. Funeral Home, 2011 Grayland Avenue where the family will receive friends 6:30 to 7:30PM Thursday and where funeral services will be held Friday at 11AM. Interment Riverview Cemetery. Family and friends assemble at the funeral home 10:45AM Friday.
