Departed this life September 23, 2016. Edward Charles Nicholson, age 55, of Richmond. He is survived by one daughter, LaShawna Nicholson, one son, Derrick A. Carpenter; mother, Elizabeth Mae Nicholson; two brothers, Derrick L. Nicholson(Nancy) and Dwayne G. Nicholson(Veronica); a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins; and a devoted companion, Alicia Baytops. Remains rest at Joseph Jenkins Jr. Funeral Home, 2011 Grayland Avenue where funeral services will be held Friday at 11AM. Interment Virginia Veterans Cemetery. Family and friends assemble at the funeral home 10:45AM Friday.
