Tara King

Departed this life November 19, 2016. Ms. Tara King, age 48, of Richmond. She is preceded in death by her mother, Claire E. King. She is survived by one daughter, Victoria King; five sons; Joshua(Khadijah) & McKinley King; and James III, Jaheim and Jahlil Fiztgerald; two grandchildren, Mayloni and Eris King; father, David M. King Sr.(Rev Barbara G. Massey-King); three sisters, Montese L., Marshell E. and Nila N. King; three brothers; David M. Jr.(Shaunte’), LaFonta E. And Enos O.(Heather) King; five aunts, among them a great aunt Catherine P. Bratcher; four uncles; a host of nieces, nephews and cousins; and other relatives and friends among them a devoted James Fitzgerald. Remains rest at Joseph Jenkins Jr. Funeral Home, 2011 Grayland Avenue. Funeral services will be held Saturday 11AM at St. Paul’s Baptist Church, 4247 E. Creighton Road where remains will lie in state one hour prior to funeral time. Dr. Lance Watson(senior pastor). Interment Oakwood Cemetery. Family and friends assemble at the church 10:45AM Saturday.
