Turner, Departed this life July 31, 2009. Mrs. Carrie Turner of Richmond. She is preceded in death by her husband, Thomas Turner and one son Thomas Turner Jr. She is survived by two daughters, Carolyn Banks and Patricia Wilkins; two sons, Jerry and Harry Turner; nine grandchildren; four great grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews and cousins; one daughter-in-law, Ofelia Turner; two sons-in-law, Michael Wilkins and Sylvester Banks; one sister-in-law Rose, Turner; one brother-in-law, Walter Turner and other relatives and friends, among them a devoted Retina Hightower and Rosa McQueen. Remains rest at Joseph Jenkins Jr. Funeral Home, 2011 Grayland Avenue where funeral services will be held Friday at 11AM. ___________________________________ off. Interment Oakwood Cemetery. Family and friends assemble at the funeral home 10:45AM Friday.
