Departed this life January 3, 2016. Henry Clay Bibbs II of Richmond. He is survived by his wife, Dr. Yvonne Jones Bibbs; one son, Jonathan Clay Bibbs(Sonja); two grandchildren, Jade and Jasmine Durant; two brothers, Lawrence Jr. and James Lee Bibbs; a host of nieces, nephews and cousins; three sisters-in-law, Mary Bibbs, Sheila Ashby and Sandra Gray; two brothers-in-law, Ronald Jones and Lawrence Jones; and other relatives and friends among them the Sixth Baptist Church Family and the Richmond Prep Family. Remains rest at Joseph Jenkins Jr. Funeral Home, 2011 Grayland Avenue. Funeral services will be held Thursday 12noon at Fifth Street Baptist Church, 2800 Third Avenue where remains will lie in state one hour prior to funeral time. Rev. F. Todd Gray(pastor). Rev. Dr. R. Neil Siler eulogist. Interment Riverview Cemetery. Family and friends assemble at the church 11:45AM Thursday.
