Departed this life January 18, 2017. Michael Hines, age 64, of Richmond. He is survived by his mother, Mary Hines; three sisters, Cynthia Davis, Jacqueline Irby and Pamela Gardner; two brothers, Leroy III and Sterling Hines; five aunts; three uncles; a host of nieces, nephews and cousins; and other relatives and friends. Remains rest at Joseph Jenkins Jr. Funeral Home, 2011 Grayland Avenue. Funeral services will be held Thursday 1pm at First Independent Methodist Church, 3050 Midlothian Tnpk where remains will lie in state one hour prior to funeral time. Rev. H. Tyrone Hilton(pastor).
