Blowe, Departed this life August 14, 2009. Mrs. Inez Blowe of Richmond. She is survived by her husband, James Blowe; one daughter, Gloria Suggs; one granddaughter ,Brejana Suggs; two sisters; Christine Mason and Della Stukes; one brother, Amos Allen; a host of nieces, nephews and cousins; one son-in-law, Barry Suggs; three brothers-in-law; Jodie & Jerry Blowe and Alex Stukes; and other relatives and friends. Remains rest at Joseph Jenkins Jr. Funeral Home, 2011 Grayland Avenue. Graveside services will be held Tuesday 1PM at Forest Lawn Cemetery. Dr. Stephen Hewlette off. Interment Forest Lawn Cemetery. Family and friends assemble at the cemetery 12:45PM Tuesday.
