Marcus Mason

Departed this life February 28, 2017. Marcus Mason, age 47, of Richmond. He is preceded in death by his mother, Jean Mason and Michael Bowden. He is survived by his father, Marcus Mason; two sisters, Patricia Oglethorpe and Jennifer King; one brother, Kevin Swinson; one aunt, Addie Mae Swinson; one uncle, Carl Swinson; a host of nieces, nephews and cousins; and other relatives and friends. Remains rest at Joseph Jenkins Jr. Funeral Home, 2011 Grayland Avenue where the family will receive friends from 6:30 to 7:30PM monday. Funeral services will be held Tuesday 1PM at the 21st Street Church of God, located at 1601 N. 21st Street where remains will lie in state one hour prior to funeral time. Rev. Silas Oliver(pastor) off. Interment Maury Cemetery. Family and friends assemble at the church 12:45PM Tuesday.
