Carolyn Dixon

Departed this life March 7, 2017. Mrs. Carolyn G. Dixon, age 70, of Richmond. She is preceded in death by her husband, Fleming Dixon and one daughter, Lisa Perkins. She is survived two daughters, Barbara Brown and Crystal Williams; one son, Dwight Perkins Jr.; seven grandchildren; three great grandchildren; three sisters, Jean Dickerson, Joyce Lewis and Margaret Woods; one brother, Ralph Lewis Sr.; a host of nieces, nephews and cousins; two sons-in-law, Gregory Brown II and Thomas Williams Jr; three sisters-in-law, Sandra Brown, Romaine Morgan and Nora Green; seven brothers-in-law; Langston Brown, Johnnie Woods, Leo Lewis, Roger Dickerson, Timothy Dixon, Edward Green and Boss Roberson and other relatives and friends among them a devoted Linda Carr. Remains rest at Joseph Jenkins Jr. Funeral Home, 2011 Grayland Avenue. Funeral services will be held Saturday 1PM at St. Peter Baptist Church, 2040 Mountain Road where remains will lie in state one hour prior to funeral time. Family and friends assemble at the church 12:45M Saturday.
