Rosalie M. Vines

Mrs. Rosalie M. Vines, age 97, of Richmond, departed this life March 11, 2017. She is preceded in death by Raymond L. Vines, Charles E. Young, and two daughters, Faye Benton and Rosalie Flowers. She is survived by a step daughter, Paula L. Vines; two grandchildren, Laverne Benton and Ronald S. Flowers; three great grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins; two sons-in-law, Ronald M. Flowers and James W. Benton, Jr.; and other relatives and friends. Remains rest at Joseph Jenkins, Jr. Funeral Home, 2011 Grayland Avenue where funeral services will be held Monday at 2 p.m. Rev. Reuben Boyd, officiating. Interment, Hampton Veterans Memorial Gardens. Family and friends assemble at the funeral home at 1:45 p.m. Monday.
