Raymond Canaday

Departed this life March 23, 2017, age 61, of Richmond. He is survived by five sisters; S. J. Miller, Carolyn E. Jones, Towana McKinney(Louis), Patti Canaday(Pete), and Jackie Canaday; seven brothers; Clarence L. Canaday Jr., Tony M. Canday, Gerald D. Canaday Sr.(Wilma), Chris F. Canaday, Elitoes Quenada(Rosland), Ravon K. Canaday(Verna) and Kevin W. Canaday; two aunts, Verlene Majatte and Thelma Watford; a host of nieces, nephews and cousins; and other relatives and friends among them Jim Thoroman, who was like a brother, Charles Swadley, his mentor, and the love of his life, Nealiy Allen. Remains rest at Joseph Jenkins Jr. Funeral Home. Memorial service will be held Thursday in Williamsburg.
