Departed this life April 4, 2017. Mrs. Frances Langhorne Tinsley, age 74, of Richmond. She is survived by one daughter, Wanda DeValentino(Marcus); two sons, David Williams Jr. and Franklin Williams; two grandchildren, David Williams III and Shurea Williams; four sisters; Carolyn Edwards(Rev. Alvin), Delcenia Currence, Rita Littlejohn, and Sheila Trovato(Dan); three brothers; Rev. George Langhorne Jr.(Virginia), Thomas Langhorne Sr.(Jerilyn), and Jonathan M. Langhorne(Brenda); one aunt, Mabel Boyd; a host of nieces, nephews and cousins; and other relatives and friends. Remains rest at Joseph Jenkins Jr. Funeral Home, 2011 Grayland Avenue. Funeral services will be held Saturday 11AM at Fifth Baptist Church, 1415 W. Cary Street where remains will lie in state one hour prior to funeral time. Rev. Earl Brown(pastor) off. Interment Mt.
