Departed this life April 10, 2017. Mrs. Joyce Ann Carney, age 70, of Richmond. She is preceded in death by her husband, Eddie T. Carney. She is survived by one daughter, Kimberlyn Towles; one son, Kendrick Towles(Shannon); one step daughter, Towanda Carney; five grandchildren; one sister, Rosa Lee Towles; one brother, Michael Overton; two aunts, Rebecca Lewis and Gertrude Liggons; one uncle, Lawrence Mason; a host of nieces, nephews and cousins; six sisters-in-law; three brothers-in-law and other relatives and friends. Remains rest at Joseph Jenkins Jr. Funeral Home, 2011 Grayland Avenue where the family will receive friends from 6:30 to 7:30PM Friday and where funeral services will be held Saturday at 12 noon. Rev. Ervin Harvey Sr. off. Interment Mt. Calvary Cemetery. Family and friends assemble at the funeral home 11:45AM Saturday.
