Charles M. Cox

Departed this life April 10, 2017. Charles Cox, age 82, of Richmond. He is preceded in death by eternal love Brenda Smith, one son, Michael Smith and brother, Wilber Cox. He is survived by three daughters, Carleasa Cox, Collette Mapp and Michelle Phipps(Roshard); two sons, Diation Langhorne and Charles Smith; ten grandchildren; five great grandchildren; sister, Chelay Lee; a host of nieces, nephews and cousins; and other relatives and friends. Remains rest at Joseph Jenkins Jr. Funeral Home, 2011 Grayland Avenue. Funeral services will be held Friday, 11am at Worship and Praise Church, 3006 E. Laburnum Avenue where remains will lie in state one hour prior to funeral time. Pastor Timothy Kirven off. Interment family cemetery in Goochland. Family and friends assemble at the church 10:45AM Friday.
