Nettie Scott

Departed this life April 16, 2017. Ms. Nettie Scott; age 74, of Richmond. She is preceded in death by a son Byron Scott. She is survived by two daughters, Veda Washington and Darshelle Thombs; three sons, Eric, Kelvin and Kevin Scott; five grandchildren; five great grandchildren; one sister, Margaret Scott; one aunt, Anna Johnson; a host of nieces, nephews and cousins; one daughter-in-law, Jackie Scott; one son-in-law, William Thombs; and other relatives and friends. Remains rest at Joseph Jenkins Jr. Funeral Home, 2011 Grayland Avenue. Funeral services will be held Saturday 11AM at Good Shepherd Baptist Church, 1127 N. 28th Street where remains will lie in state one hour prior to funeral time. Dr. Sylvester Smith(pastor) off. Interment Riverview Cemetery. Family and friends assemble at the church 10:45AM Saturday.
