He was preceded in death by one son, Nathaniel Holt Jr. He is survived by his wife, Nora Holt; four daughters; Christine Holt-Harris, Theresa Johnson, Nathleen Holt and Chelly Stokes; two sons; Everett Brown and Nathan Holt; ten grandchildren; six great grandchildren; one sister, Sarah Ann Sturdevant; one aunt, Margaret Bailey; one uncle, John Holt; a host of nieces, nephews and cousins; three brothers-in-law; Benjamin Reed, and Linwood & Langston Davis and other relatives and friends. Remains rest at Joseph Jenkins Jr. Funeral Home, 2011 Grayland Avenue where funeral services will be held Saturday at 1PM. Rev. Rudolph Davis Sr. off. Interment Riverview Cemetery.
