Simone Dolores Quash, 56, of Richmond, Virginia departed this life April 24, 2017. She is survived by her father and mother, Raymond A. and Delores E. Quash; one sister, Robin Quash Cook, Esquire; three aunts, Gloria Valentine, Callie Smoot and Patricia Irby; two uncles, George(Candace) and Anthony(Frances)Quash; one nephew, Jared Cook; one niece, Amanda Cook; and a host of cousins among them Brenda Hunt, Kermit Fields Sr.(Linette), Kecia Hunt, Kermit Fields Jr.(Dale), Kareem Fields, Lisa Brown(Spencer), Victoria Valentine and Noelle Brown; one brother-in-law, Julian A. Cook III, Esquire and other relatives and friends. Her remains rest at Joseph Jenkins Jr. Funeral Home, 2011 Grayland Avenue. Her funeral services will be held 1PM Tuesday, May 2, 2017 at Fifth Baptist Church, 1415 W. Cary Street, Richmond, Virginia 23220, where she will lie in state one hour prior to funeral time.
