Departed this life May 3, 2017, Jackie Wayne Epps, 65, of Richmond. He is survived one son, Jackie Wayne Epps, II; mother, Mamie Jones Epps; two brothers, James Walter Epps of Baltimore and Ronald Thomas Epps; a host of nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be held Tuesday at 11 a.m. at Joseph Jenkins Jr. Funeral Home, 2011 Grayland Avenue. Interment Riverview Cemetery. Family and friends assemble at the funeral home at 10:45 a.m. Tuesday.
