Johnson, Departed this life September 5, 2009. Charlie Walter Johnson of Richmond, formerly of Virgilina. He is survived by his daughters, Charlea A. and Sioux E. Johnson; three sisters; Rose M. Hughes, Virginia E. Johnson and Mary J. Cooper; a host of nieces, nephews and cousins; one brother-in-law, Harold E. Hughes and other relatives and friends. Remains rest at Joseph Jenkins Jr. Funeral Home, 2011 Grayland Avenue where the family will receive friends from 6:30 to 7:30PM on Thursday. Funeral services will be held Friday 11AM at Rosebud Baptist Church, Dundas, Virginia where remains will lie in state one hour prior to funeral time. Rev. Waverly Brown Sr.(pastor) off. Interment Rosebud Baptist Church Cemetery. Family and friends assemble at the church 10:45AM Friday.
