Departed this life May 17, 2017. Kevin T. Barner, age 21, of Chester. He is survived by his father and mother, Keith and Pansey Barner; paternal grandmother, Jacqueline Marrow(Herbert); paternal grandfather, John Braxton Jr.(Maria); one brother, Keith Barner Jr.; eleven aunts, among them a devoted aunt and caregiver, Carolyn Mitchell; seven uncles; a host of cousins; and other relatives and friends. Remains rest at Joseph Jenkins Jr. Funeral Home, 2011 Grayland Avenue where the family will receive friends from 6:30 to 7:30PM Monday. Celebration of life will be held Tuesday 1PM at Sixth Mt. Zion Baptist Church, 14 W. Duval Street where remains will lie in state one hour prior to funeral time. Rev. Tyrone E. Nelson(pastor) off. Interment Riverview Cemetery. Family and friends assemble at church 12:45PM Tuesday.
