Departed this life May 19, 2017. Ms. Carolyn Davis, age 61, of Richmond. She is survived by one daughter, Carolyn Davis Perry; one son, King James Davis; two grandchildren, Kaden Wright and Kennedy Lynn Davis; four sisters; Levaughan Liggins, Joy Davis, Shelia Roane(Ronald) and Tina Brooks(Avus); one brother, James Davis(Virginia); three aunts, Irene Wilson, Ruby Hedgeman and Sallie Hedgeman; two uncles, Thomas Davis and Curtis Hedgemen; a host of nieces, nephews and cousins; and other relatives and friends. Remains rest at Joseph Jenkins Jr. Funeral Home, 2011 Grayland Avenue. Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 12 noon at Fifth Baptist Church 1415 W. Cary Street where remains will lie in state one hour prior to funeral time. Rev. Earl Brown(pastor) off. Interment Mt. Calvary Cemetery. Family and friends assemble at the church 11:45AM Wednesday.
