He is survived by his wife, Loretta Alexander; one daughter, Pamela Gardner; three sons; Kenneth, Robert(Denise) and Reginald; six grandchildren; two sisters; Gloria Carter and Juanita Smith; one brother, David Whitehead; a host of nieces, nephews and cousins; three sisters-in-law; two brothers-in-law and other relatives and friends. Remains rest at Joseph Jenkins Jr. Funeral Home, 2011 Grayland Avenue where funeral services will be held Tuesday at 11AM. Interment private. Family and friends assemble at the funeral home 10:45AM Tuesday.
