Starks, Departed this life September 12, 2009. Mrs. Joyce Starks of Richmond. She is preceded in death by two sons, Richard M. Starks Jr. and Anthony D. Starks. She is survived by her husband, Richard M. Starks Sr., one daughter, Hope Davis; two sons; David and Jonathan Starks; four grandchildren; Lakendra Jourden, Richard Starks III, and Mya & Jade Davis; one sister, Sylvia Bishop; a host of nieces, nephews and cousins; one brother-in-law, John Starks and other relatives and friends among them devoted Marvin Hart and Timothy Bull. Remains rest at Joseph Jenkins Jr. Funeral Home, 2011 Grayland Avenue. Memorial services will be held Today 1PM at Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses, 5607 Midlothian Tnpk. Family and friends assemble at Kingdom Hall 12:45PM today.
