Departed this life July 26, 2017. Damon Whitehead, age 43, of Richmond. He is survived by one daughter, Destiny Whitehead, a step daughter, Tara Jones; one son, Damonte Whitehead; mother, Brenda Cotman; father, Linwood Tillman; paternal grandmother, Isabelle Tillman; four sisters; Rhonda Washington, Tonya Tillman Johnson, Talisha Winston and LaToya Cotman; two brothers, Shannon and Shawn Johnson; four aunts; three uncles; a host of nieces, nephews and cousins; and other relatives and friends. Remains rest at Joseph Jenkins Jr. Funeral Home, 2011 Grayland Avenue where the family will receive friends Tuesday from 6:30 to 7:30 and where funeral services will be held Wednesday at 12 noon. Interment Riverview Cemetery. Family and friends assemble at the funeral home 11:45AM Wednesday.
