Joyce Grantham

Departed this life August 11, 2017. Mrs. Joyce Hatcher Grantham, age 72, of Richmond. She is survived by one daughter, Tara G. Kee; one son, Tarek C. Grantham (Kimberly D.); four grandchildren; Brenden J. Kee, and Kurali W., Copeland H. & Jovi D. Grantham; one sister, Annie H. Tyree; one step-sister, Jean H. Mallory; a host of nieces, nephews and cousins; among them two devoted nieces, Sherry Beverly and Arika Smith; one sister-in-law, Brenda Hatcher; and other relatives and friends. A family visitation will be held at Joseph Jenkins, Jr. Funeral Home, 2011 Grayland Ave. where the family will receive friends from 6:30 to 7:30pm Friday. Funeral Services will be held Saturday August 19, 2017 @ 11:00am at Mt. Vernon Baptist Church, 1902 Rosewood Avenue where remains will lie in state one hour prior to funeral time. Family and friends assemble at the church at 10:45am Saturday.
