Dickerson, God called his son, Rev. Dr. C.C. Dickerson of Richmond on October 10,2009 to heaven. He is survived by step– daughter, Rae-Sheaun Cheeks-Dempsey,2 grand children, Mekeda and Brandon Cheeks ,4 great grandchildren; Dominique ,Tassion ,Briyanna and SirPaul Cheeks and a devoted nephew , Johnny Crews and a host of other nieces and nephews and other relatives and friends Remains rest at the Joseph Jenkins,Jr. Funeral Home, 2011 Grayland Ave. Funeral services will be held Wednesday 11 AM at Sixth Baptist Church,400 S. Addison Street where remains will lie in state one hour prior to funeral.Dr. Yvonne Bibbs (pastor) off. Interment Jericho Baptist Cemetery, Ruther Glen Va. Family and friends assemble at the church 10:45 AM.
