Colvin, Departed this life October 9, 2009. Mrs. Elsie L. Colvin of Richmond. She is survived by three children- Norma, Anthony and Tonya Colvin; ten grandchildren, among them two devoted, Nikita and LaTeshia; seven great grandchildren; one brother, Roger Temple(Marsha); one sister, Delores Jordan(Walter); one aunt, Mary Harris and a host of other relatives and friends. Remains rest at Joseph Jenkins Jr. Funeral Home, 2011 Grayland Avenue where funeral services will be held Saturday 12 Noon. Minister Theresa Temple off. Interment Union Cemetery, Charles City. Family and friends assemble at the funeral home 11:45AM Saturday.
