Wanda Joyner Allen

ALLEN Mrs. Wanda Kee Joyner Allen of Richmond departed this life October 19, 2009. She was preceded in death by her mother, Lucille Kee Joyner. She is survived by her father, Henry A. Joyner; four cousins, Barbara Jean Sykes, Hattie Slaughter, Marie Norwood, and Lucille Barrett; former husband, Benjamin Allen, Jr., and a host of other relatives and friends. According to her wishes, Wanda’s body has been donated to scientific and medical research. A memorial service will be held 1 p.m. Monday, October 26, 2009 at Joseph Jenkins Jr. Funeral Home, 2011 Grayland Avenue. Rev. Ira Hopkins officiating.
