Annie Stone Burleigh

Burleigh, Departed this life November 6, 2009. Mrs. Annie Burleigh of Richmond. She is preceded in death by her husband William Burleigh and two grand children Sha-myiah Whitehead and a devoted Jalier Burleigh. She is survived by four daughters Mary Beasley, Constance Richardson, Darlene Whitehead and Patricia Otey; one son Aaron L. Stone; fourteen grandchildren; fourteen great grandchildren; one sister Susie Brandon; a host of nieces, nephews and cousins; one daughter in law Lenora Stone; four sons in law James Beasley; Maurice Richardson, George Whitehead and Eddie Otey; one sister in law Clara Black and other relatives and friends. Remains rest at Joseph Jenkins Jr. Funeral Home, 2011 Grayland Avenue where the family will receive friends from 6:30 to 7:30pm Thursday. Funeral services will be held Friday at 1PM. Rev. Dr. Lonnie Stinson off. Dr. Stinson has been Mrs. Burleigh’s pastor for the last 15 years. Internment Mt. Calvary Cemetery. Family and friends assemble at the funeral home 12:45PM Friday. Repast will be held at Southside Baptist Church 5515 Bryce Lane.
