Brooks, Departed this life November 5, 2009. Clifton Lee(Tinker) Brooks Jr. of Richmond. He is survived by his mother, Ursula Brooks; father, Clifton Brooks Sr.(Sarah); one sister, Carolyn Carter; two brothers, George and Joe Brooks; two aunts, Audrey Overton and Betty Atchison; a host of nieces, nephews and cousins; one brother-in-law, Ted Carter; and other relatives and friends. Remains rest at Joseph Jenkins Jr. Funeral Home, 2011 Grayland Avenue. Funeral services will be held Thursday 1PM at Quioccasin Baptist Church, 9011 Quioccasin Road where remains will lie in state one hour prior to funeral time. Dr. Andrew Mosley Jr.(pastor) off. Interment Quioccasin Baptist Church Cemetery. Family and friends assemble at the church 12:45PM Thursday.
