Green, Departed this life December 9, 2009. Furney A. Green of Richmond. He is preceded in death by his wife, Barbara H. Green and one daughter, Darlene Green. He is survived by two daughters, Cynthia Green and Ada Brown; two sons, Curtis Holloway and Leslie A. Green; 17 grandchildren; 24 great grandchildren; two great great grandchildren; one sister, Beatrice Gaines of Atlantic City, New Jersey; a host of nieces, nephews and cousins; two daughters-in-law, Veronica Holloway and Eleanor Green; one sister-in-law, Yvonne Laws of Alaska; one brother-in-law, Willie Holloway, of Covington, Virginia and other relatives and friends. Remains rest at Joseph Jenkins Jr. Funeral Home, 2011 Grayland Avenue. Funeral services will be held at 1PM on Monday at Fifth Baptist Church, 1415 W. Cary Street where remains will lie in state one hour prior funeral time. Dr. Earl Brown(pastor) off. Interment Forest Lawn Cemetery. Family and friends assemble at the funeral time 12:45PM Monday.
