White, Departed this life December 12, 2009. John Daniel(Tower of Love) White of Richmond, formerly of Elizabeth City, North Carolina. He is survived by his wife, Patricia White; one son, John Daniel White Jr., five daughters; Lukita James, Johnnique Young, Lasheva Sessoms, Yonnetta Mercer and Angela Lamb; seventeen grandchildren; six great grandchildren; three sisters, Phyllis Duncan, Joyce Spence, and Shirley Seigler; five brothers; Franklin, Roy, David, Michael and Larry White; two aunts, Adelaide White and Ethel Gregory; a host of nieces, nephews and cousins; one daughter-in-law, Erica White; one son-in-law, Justin Young; five sisters-in-law; one brother-in-law and other relatives and friends. Remains rest at Joseph Jenkins Jr. Funeral Home, 2011 Grayland Avenue where the family will receive friends from 6:30 to 7:30PM on Wednesday and where funeral services will be held Thursday at 1PM. Dr. Earl Brown off. Interment Riverview Cemetery. Family and friends assemble at the funeral home 12:45PM thursday.
