Edwards, Departed this life April 7, 2010. Mrs. Jennie W. Edwards of Richmond. She is preceded in death by her husband, Walter Edwards and one daughter, Jeanette Bohanan. She is survived by one daughter, Thelma Shelton; one granddaughter,Minister Peturla Sydnor; a host of nieces, nephews and cousins; two sisters-in-law, Gracie Pervall and Edythe Morton Edwards; and other relatives two devoted Mary Shelton and Joyce Robinson and friends. Remains rest at Joseph Jenkins Jr. Funeral Home, 2011 Grayland Avenue. Funeral services will be held Tuesday 1:00 PM at First Union Baptist Church, 3510 Dill Road where remains will lie in state one hour prior to funeral time.
