Thomas, Departed this life April 14, 2010. Mrs. Daphne Thomas of Richmond. She is preceded in death by her husband, Elwood W. Thomas Sr. She is survived by two daughters, Iris Hewlett and Yoshida Bartley; two sons, Elwood W. Jr. and Orrin Thomas; eight grandchildren; nine great grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews and cousins; one daughter-in-law, Saundra Thomas; two sons-in-law, Wesley Hewlett and Terry Bartley; and other relatives and friends. Remains rest at Joseph Jenkins Jr. Funeral Home, 2011 Grayland Avenue where funeral services will be held Saturday at 1PM. Elder Junius W. Myers off. Interment Forest Lawn Cemetery. Family and friends assemble at the funeral home 12:45PM Saturday.
