Smith, Departed this life April 24, 2010. Carlton D. Smith Jr. of Richmond. He was preceded in death by his mother, Cynthya Tyree Smith. He is survived by his wife, Sadie Smith; two daughters, Destiny and Tianna Smith; his father, Carlton Smith Sr.; maternal grandmother, Cora Tyree Avent; paternal grandmother, Laura Lewis; paternal grandfather, Wilfred Tyree; one brother, Antoine Smith(Sherika); a host of aunts and uncles, among them Karen Brockenbrough and Lisa Lewis; a host of nieces, nephews and cousins; among them Howard Tyree Jr. and other relatives and friends. Remains rest at Joseph Jenkins Jr. Funeral Home, 2011 Grayland Avenue. Funeral services will be held Monday 1P.M. at Mt. Vernon Baptist Church, 1902 Rosewood Avenue where remains will lie in state one hour prior to funeral time. Rev. William B. Wiggins II(pastor) off. Interment Private. Family and friends assemble at the funeral home 12:45PM Monday.
