Turner, Departed this life June 2, 2010. Ms. Mary Frances Turner of Richmond. She is survived by one daughter, Faith Palmer; three grandchildren; James III, Jordan Ann-Frances and Jeremiah Palmer; one sister, Gertrude T. Johnson; one brother, James A. Turner Jr.; two nieces,Felicia Turner Ward and Yolanda Turner Bullock; three nephews; Douglas Johnson; and Aaron & Daron Turner; a host of great nieces, great nephews and cousins; one son-in-,Chaplain (LTC) James Palmer Jr.; one sister-in-law, Geneva Turner; and other relatives and friends. She was a retired Office Administrator for the Baptist General Convention of Virginia. Remains rest at Joseph Jenkins Jr. Funeral Home, 2011 Grayland Avenue. Funeral services will be held Thursday, 12 noon at Fifth Baptist Church, 1415 W. Cary Street where the family will receive friends two hours prior to funeral time. Dr. Earl Brown pastor. Dr. Yvonne Bibbs officiating. Dr. Peter M. Wherry(eulogy). Interment Mt. Calvary Cemetery.
